This is a short video showcasing a few of the larger projects that I have been working on throughout my Gaming, Interactive Media, and Mobile (GIMM) degree at Boise State University. The last few projects were a collaborative effort (The Swamp: Keegan Provo, Eli Weston, and Cody Hinkle/ Cafe Racer: Nicholai Cascio, Brendan Peterson, and Travis Szabolcska/ Sword of the Exiled: Nicholai Cascio, Travis Szabolcska, and Mario Townes). I am showcasing a number of my art and 3D modeling artifacts.
Players choose between a circuit track or a downhills S-curve track. They have four cars to choose from, the ordinary boxcar, stylish carbon-fiber, clunky metal, or the sleek aluminum car. Hold on tight and avoid the walls, this is not as easy as it may look. Future expansion would include multiplayer, rewards, upgrades, and weapons.
A puzzle game, involving two players. Using prisms and lasers, the players have to figure out a way to get from one room to the next.
Game collaboration with Nicholai Cascio, Mario Townes, and Travis Szabolcska.
A retro style endless racer mobile game. The actual assets are higher quality 3D renderings, but there is a pixelated shader added to give it the look of a classic arcade game. The player has the ability to choose from a wide variety of vehicles to use during game play.
Multiplayer asymmetrical shooter. Created with Nicholai Cascio, Travis Szabolcska, and Zachary Wooding. Players an island looking to remove a large green monster. The island has multiple scenes, all showing abandoned living areas.
